pain at suture/port site

Since this morning, I've been having pain at the suture/port site on my abdomen. Somtimes it's if I move a certain way, and sometimes it just randomly hurts. I was banded 18 days ago. Has anyone else had this happen? What did you do?

Thanks!

It's probably an adhesion (scar tissue forms, sometimes in places we don't especially WANT it). Why not give your surgeon's office a call? They should be able to gauge what it might be. If it IS an adhesion, keep moving and stretching, try to literally keep the skin from connecting (hope that isn't TMI). But I'm not sure that's what it is of course; your surgeon can tell you.
