Which insurance co. is best?

Right now I have Tufts, but I'm considering changing companies if it will make this process faster/easier. My choices are BCBS of MA, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, or Tufts.

I have heard good things about UHC, but idk for sure. Any info on any of these companies would be much appriciated.
