chicken tenders!!!

It's so funny at our LapBand support meetings....just about everyone who talks about any "bad" episodes has had them with chicken tenders! LOL :blushing:

Do I still eat them? Yes.

But much more carefully.

    OMG I just posted about this today. I had a chicken strip last night and lost my whole meal. Now I know for sure that was the reason. I love chicken strips ,but guess I will leave them alone for awhile. Hand raised.
