wondering which protein I should invest in

I am new to the supplement world and not sure which powder I should invest in. I am also diabetic -- are they full of sugars too? They all seem to be fruity &/or chocolate???????

I order mine from www.vitalady.com. They are Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Stacked (stacked means they mix really really easy, no blender needed) They have a sampler box that I ordered first that has vanilla, banana, strawberry, chocolate and capaciano. Only 3 gram. of sugar and 4 gram. carbs.

Vitalady is actually a name my dietician recommended -- thanks for endorsing! Like the idea of an assorted pack..........

I use Permalean protein mix. It's really yummy. Do a search for Permalean on the internet; they'll send you samples free of charge. I don't know if it's good for diabetics but it doesn't have much sugar.

I use unflavored Unjury protein powder (available at unjury.com). It's pure whey protein and there's almost no aftertaste. You can put the unflavored variety in jello, soup, milk, etc. It's got 20 grams of protein a shot. They also have flavored varieties and I've heard very positive reviews of those as well.
