No loss again this week. I know I age too much this week. I need to get some of my religion back. know I could do better if I really tried.

Down one pound this week...Which is good, but my weight loss is really stalling these last couple months...I'm still losing, but very slowly. Oh well, at least it's still going down, not up. Good luck everyone!

My weight keeps fluctuating up a couple, down a couple, so it's kind of hard to gauge.

I think I'm down 1 1/2 lbs. My weight hasn't changed very much in the past month, so I think I might need a slight adjustment. I'm working out more than ever now-feel like I should be losing better!

Lost a pound this week! Two weeks in a row, the scale has moved! Not a lot but at least it's moving a little! I'm excited! It's 2 months since I've lost anything to speak of!

Sounds like most of us are experiencing the same thing. I stayed the same. I was supposed to get a fill this week, but then the Blizzard of 2010 hit, and I had to reschedule. I am supposed to get a fill on Tuesday. I'm anxious to get it because I am h-u-n-g-r-y and eating big amounts. And I'm tired of the seeing the same two pounds go up and down.

LaDawn, congrats on two weeks of loss! I know that is a great feeling! And Lisa, good job on the 1.5!

Good luck to all of us!

Down just a little this week. I did hit 164 before and went back up so I hope this sticks.

Good luck next week everyone.

193 today.

This has been a rough couple of weeks/months. I was 197 in December, the last time I checked in. Something's gotta change.

I've lost track. I think I lost 2 lbs, but because I didn't record for awhile, I don't know.

Anyhow, I'm *almost* at 100 lbs, and it's killing me that the last 1/2 pound won't drop. Got a fill on Tuesday, and it has helped with restriction, but haven't lost anything since getting the fill. Sheesh. I thought at least I'd lose that darn 1/2 pound! Just shows how fickle our bodies can be! :w00t:

well...I havent lost any weight this week. It doesnt help that I just got back from 5 days at DisneyLand. its my T.O.M. today and I havent been able to run for 2 weeks because i have been having a lot of pain in my knee. Hopefully this week it will pick up again. I have to start back running today becasue my next 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles) is in 2 weeks! I still have a ways to go and like everyone else it seems to be slow!!!! But I look back on my food choices and I know deep down I could be making a few smarter choices! I will make that this weeks goal! hope everyone else has a good week with the scale.< /p>

Ann I envy you for being right there at the 100 pounds loss mark! you are remarkable! I really need to find better options for food! my problem is i am a little too tight and cant eat chicken or fish unless its fried and coated in sauce! I just cant afford the time or money to drive out of town to get a little unfill. I know i know before you all tell me...! but I will work hard this week to find other food options! hope everyone has an amazing week!!

LOM, I can't get plain meat and chicken down either. I don't eat friend food, but I do put sauce or marinade on my food. I just found a great new sauce that I put on pork loin this weekend. I'm sure it would be good on chicken, too. It's actually a salad dressing that I didn't like for salad. It's called Annie's Naturals Goddess Dressing. Here is the description from their website:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
