I apologize if this has already been asked, I wasn't able to find it.
I had my 3rd fill this morning and went from 6 cc to 7 cc and I definately feel more restriction when drinking Water than I did on my first 2 fills. I have only had the courage to drink water and crystal light so far. I'm nervous to try Soup or a Protein shake. Everytime I take a sip of water it stays around for a little longer than normal.
My question/concern is: Is this restriction sweet spot restriction or am I too full?
I realize that I am still probably swollen from the adjustment, but I should be able to get water down no problem even with swelling right?
Thank you for any feedback :crying:
