I was taking a pill pre-op but changed to liquid post-op and couldn't stand the taste, I didn't like the chewables that much either.

The other day I went looking for a new Vitamin at SuperSupplements and found a company called Solaray. They make powdered One-A-Day multi-vitamin packaged in a gel capsule that dissolves in Water. I swallow the multi-vitamin and the B-complex capsule in the morning. For me this is the perfect solution. no bad tasting liquid and no large hard pill to try and dissolve in my pouch! :-)

Solaray makes the chewable Biotin that I use. I really like it. I need to check out their website and see what other stuff they have!
