Date scheduled for Mexico- woudl love pre-op suggestions!

Hi, I'm a newbie who is scheduled for surgery in Mexico July 8th with my local doctor's OK. I've been reading up on pre-surgery diet but would love to here any tips and tricks from those who've been there!
