Just had surgery Feb 4th Sacramento Ca.

well hello everyone I just been banded on Feb 4th and just got my first fill on 3/19 does anyone have a general guidline as to how much cal/fat/carbs we r suppose to be eating now I have still been following my pre op menu.

Hi, sorry I can't answer the amount of what you should be eating, but I noticed we are in the same area. I am in Auburn. I am due to be banded on April 16th and looking forward to it. Who was your surgeon? How are you doing since being banded?
