Great job you two!

I finally posted the Easter challenge thread just now. I didn't get back to the computer last night. Sorry.

I'm up this week but only a little.

Last week: 183.7

This week: 184.1

Difference: +.4

I'm okay with it b/c mid-week I was up 2lbs so to get back to only being up .4 by the end of week, makes me happy!

I'm proud of myself. I got my butt outside and started walking my neighborhood with DD in her stroller. It's about a mile or so (not sure) and since I live in the mountains, it's all up and down. It's HARD! But I've gotten out there everyday this week except Tuesday. Today we were going to go but DD and I are sick again and it's raining. Didn't think that would be a good idea! I'll get back out there, hopefully Monday but for sure Tuesday. We're supposed to get snow this weekend but things are "supposed" to be cleared up by Monday. We'll see!

I go see my surgeon on Wednesday for a re-fill after my un-fill in February. I'm glad. I'm STARVING!!!

Oh and I ordered a pedometer online yesterday! Should be here the end of the week, I hope! I'm excited!

Have a great week everyone!!

Hi guys,

I did weigh myself on Friday but got swamped at work and couldn't post.

Last week: 69.9kgs

This week: 69.1kgs (152lbs)

Lost: 0.7kgs

I'm back to exercising as of today and, so far, am experiencing no pain. Am hoping to get down another kilo before my op on the 2nd of April - it's one and half weeks away still. Don't know if I can do it, but I'm going to try!!

I also get completely unfilled on Tues (the 24th) in preparation for my op, so if I do lose any weight from then on, let alone 1kg, I'll have a lot of celebrate!!

Congrats to everyone on their losses! Keep up the good work.

I stopped journaling in fitday last week and did not have a good eating week either... I despise food journaling and know I will not do it long term, so I decided to take a couple-week break from it.

Fluctuated up and down a few pounds throughout the week, and well all in all didn't gain or lose. I'm not going to journal for at least one more week, but am going to make better food choices for sure!

Have a great week everyone!

Brad

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
