  1. I think my last challenge was Easter and I haven't been on since then But I got what may have been my last fill (dr. said he didn't need to see me anymore) on June 30th and I'm down 5lbs. I lost 19.5 since my last fill in March, but lost nothing in the last 6-8 weeks and had started gaining before my June fill. I would love, love, love, to get to the finish line by my one year bandiversary, but I'm going to try for what I put in my signature. Good luck everyone!!
  2. I just had my 4th fill (7 months post op) today. The first time I had restriction was for the two weeks following surgery. The next time wasn't until fill #3. That lasted nearly 3 months and I lost 23.5 lbs. I'm hoping today's fill will get me down the homestretch and to goal. I was at 7.5cc in a 10cc band on fill #3. I didn't ask how much he put in today. I'm so close to maxing out, which the nurse pointed out, but I talked to the doctor and he said not to worry, that I had plenty of room left because now I'm at the point of restriction, and that I was doing fine.
  3. I jogged for 20 minutes without stopping. I didn't think I could go that long! I've been trying and trying to start running, but it didn't happen until today. Now that I know I can do it, I can gradually start incorporating it into my workout and build up my stamina.
  4. 188.0 last week: 190.2 Fill got cancelled. I sooooo need one this week. I'm starving too and eating...and upping my exercise to compensate.
  5. Absolutely. If I don't weigh everyday, it's too easy to get off track. If the scale goes up, then I know I have to crack down on what/how much I am eating and increase my exercise. It's too easy to just let things slide, so I have to really be on top of every pound.
  6. Congratulations everyone on the great week, and congrats on the 100% Lellow! I missed last week's weigh in. I've been up and down. Can't wait for my fill on Tuesday. It's been 3 months since my last one. Today: 190.2 5.2 lbs to Easter goal
  7. That's what mine were doing and I was irritated! It didn't occur to me that they were too big-I figured I'd stretched them out or something .
  8. Start 199.8 End 198.4 Have to get some exercise in...slacked off the last two days:scared2:
  9. I'm going for (at least) 15 this time. I go for a fill on Tuesday. Start: 199.8 Goal: 184.8 (But if somehow I could make it to 180, I'd be soooo happy!) Good luck everyone...off to exercise!
  10. Starting wt: 208.6 Goal for V-Day: 199 This morning: 199.8 Whoo hoo! On to the next challenge!!
  11. I hit my goal on Monday  and it stayed there on Tuesday :mad2: and Wednesday the scale went up 2lbs:thumbdown::crying:. I still have 3 days... Good luck everyone!!
  12. My shoe size used to be 8 1/2. Then when my weight got past some unknown point, only a 9 or 9 1/2 would fit. I couldn't even squeeze my foot into an 8 1/2. I tried on 3 pairs of shoes today, all different brands. They all fit-in size 8 1/2. I still have big feet; at least now they're only long...and not fat!
  13. I'm at 202.2. Just got to get to 199 for my Valentine's Day goal...
  14. 208.6 to 208.3  It IS a loss, but looks like I'm going to have to work harder if I'm going to make my goal.
  15. I think I'm at the dreaded plateau:eek:. Pretty much staying the same 208.6 to 208.3 . Going to try and kick up my exercising and see if I can make this a very short pause.
