stomach and intestinal cramps for 4 days now

Hi,

I have not been feeling well all week, and for the past 4 days have had severe stomach and intestinal cramps (like when you have diarrhea) without the diarrhea though. I will be teaching my class or talking to someone, then double over in pain anywhere from 5 to 20 seconds. Sometimes it is only twice an hour, sometimes twice a minute.

What do you think?

Go to the doctor. That could be band related, could be an intestinal virus, could be appendix... but it is definitely not right and needs to be checked right away.

I think you should be calling your doc, not posting here! Good grief if it hurts enough for you to double over, why are you waiting?

I called yesterday, and they said they think it is a virus, not the band, but I have to go in Monday if the problem is still going on. Last night was the worst- I thought I would die. I actually finally had "the runs" and was up most of the night. Still cramping this am though...
