I am excited and a little nervous about the surgery. My wife had it 8mos. ago and is doing good. I'm ready for a new beginning.

Congratulations! I was told today also that I was approval for the lapband and my surgery date is April 6.

CONGRATULATIONS to all you April Bandsters!!! It is very exciting and scary to get your date and begin the pre-op; somehow makes it more "real". Welcome to the beginning of your new, healthier lives!

I got approved on Tuesday 3/17 what a lucky St. Patty Day for me. My pre-op is on 3/26 and I start my liquid on 4/3 sx on 4/17 I am excited and nervous this is a big step into the unknown and I am ready to make the change.
