HCG shots, B12, Choline, Inositol Shots and Metformin??

I have hit a serious, long-term plateau There are some doctors in my area that give shots of HCG, B12, Choline, and Inositol plus prescribe Metformin to lose weight. This is in conjunction with a low carb diet. Do you think the addition of these shots to my existing low carb diet will help me lose any more weight?

How long have you been on a plateau?

As close as you are to goal, that is going to happen. Sad but true. You will HAVE to step up the exercise regimine or at least change up your routine. Don't cut calories. Sometimes that works in the reverse. Your metabolism will shut down. Change up your diet too. Instead of steady calories go a day under, several days on target and splurge one day. Confuse the metabolsim. I lose better that way. It's worth a try before you go to the expense of the shots. I got the band so I wouldn't have to do that crap. change it up.
