Looking for Surgeon near South Carolina

Need Lap band by doctor request, insurance naturally wont even consider it, Blue Cross of SC. Was looking at options for self pay. Considering all options, thought of Mexico but that is still a little scary. Do any of you know surgeon in my are who is under 10,000k. Thanks
