I made a little banner for our "group"

See below VVVV "bunny bandsters"

If you like it the way it is -

go to this link and copy the Bulletin Board (1) code (near the bottom on the right)

go to your control panel (CP) and then "edit your signature" and paste the code at the bottom (or top) of your editable signature info.

Save and that should do it.

If you don't like this font or color or words - I'll fix it.

The code generator is SPARKLEE.com if you'd rather design your own.

(I have to work on my breads now - be back later today)

I love this Elayne but could you change it to bunny banster insteaqdk of banster bunnies or what does everyone else think????:? which way do you prefer?

I wish I knew how to do the poll we could vote. Jump in there if you know how to do it!

Hi Everyone,

I joined this site a week ago and mostly read, I haven't posted many comments. But I'm hoping to be an April Bandster too. So, far, my insurance company has responded quickly to everything, but now I'm waiting to get in to a consultation with the surgeon and April 6 is his first available appt for that.

Hopefully once we meet, things will move quickly. March is dragging for me...

I'm so happy for those of you that have your surgeries scheduled! I'd love to chat with anyone that is getting close, so I'll know what to expect.

Thanks!

I talked to the surgeon's office today and found out I am officially approved by my insurance, and I scheduled surgery for April 1st, which seems VERY close!! :) It is just shy of a year that I started talking with my primary doc about this option, and up until today it seemed that it would never actually happen! but it is and I am excited. I first met with the surgeon's office in October, and since then I have lost 25 lbs, and I am so excited to see the scale continue to go down!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
