So, It probabley explains this in the thread...but is that a scale of 1-5 or 1-10?

What RSG?? You mean you didn't start at the beginning and read all the reviews??? :smile2::tt2:

1 - 5 rating where:

1 - I would rather remove my own eyeballs with a rusty knife than see that again. Time I will NEVER get back.

2 - ok as background noise if you are ironing or only partly listening

3 - alright movie; enjoyed it, but glad I didn't pay full price to see it at a theatre

4 - add it to the collection; good movie.

5 -oh why oh why can't they make more movies like this? This will stand the test of time for being a great movie.

I watched a few while i was blahhhhing in bed.

Slumdog Millionaire: 3.8 stars.. It was good, but I don't think it was as good as it was made to be. It held my interest though, but just not *quite* a four star movie...

Role Models: 3.5 stars. I really liked this comedy! It's been awhile since a comedy has made me laugh like this. So, if you like senseless male hormonal toilet humor, this is your movie. ;o)

Seven Pounds: 5 stars and 2 thumbs WAY up!! Wow, this one blew me away! I was not expecting such a deep drama. Get out the kleenex.

well LilMiss, I can't see us going to a movie together anytime soon! Slumdog, I agree with the comment, but would still have rated it a 4. But 7lbs as a 5 is beyond me!

Only one movie this weekend - The Negotiator...3

Last night's movies:

Alone with her - 2.5 (Great premise, just thought it was a little overacted by male actor, little unrealistic near the end)

Valkyrie - 3. Despite Tom Cruise, a good movie but still could have been better.

Last night:

Marlee & Me: 4 Stars, but I'll never watch this movie again. Ever.

I read the book and was reading a sad part at Jiffy Lube waiting on an oil change. I was bawling and tryin to be discreet - wasn't happening. The lady behind the counter made a comment about the book being that good, and I said, sobbing, "Y-y-e-s-s-s....It-is-gooooood!" sob. sob. sob.

So, yeah. I am hesitant to watch the movie - because 1) will it be as good? and 2) I need to buy tissues first.

Saw one movie over the weekend. We indulged in a "scary" flick and saw The Alphabet Killer with that chick from Dollhouse.

Yeah...scary movies sometimes just suck. I won't even rate this it was that bad.

We have 7 Pounds at home, but DH doesn't want to see it, so I'm waiting for some me time. :( Haven't gotten it yet.

Glou - a really bad movie is Doomsday. It is now my standard for horrid movies and all others are rated against it. So, the Alphabet Killer rated a 2...

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
