Which liquid diet is best for pre op and post op?

I am in the process of waiting for the ins. to approve. If I get approved, 2 weeks before the surgery my doctor requires 2 liquid meal and 1 lean cuisine a day. I used to drink slim fast and other liquid diet and it made me hungry after an hour.

Any recommendation on other brand that has more Proteins?

Thanks,

Alisa

Worldwide Pure Protein shakes have 35grams of protein per shake and they taste pretty good (as shakes go anyway).

I got mine at the local Vitamin Shoppe www.vitaminshoppe.com. I believe you can get them at Trader Joe's too. I know they can be found online as well.

I am on day 9 of a 2 week pre-op liq. diet, I do EAS AdvatEDGE shakes. They only have 2 net carbs and 17g of Protein (lucky me my surgeon requires low carsd, Protein Shakes only). The chocolate seems to be the best, and I think I am going to take the advice of someone up there and put it in the freezer!
