Hi Kayla: Here are a few I asked my doctor.

1. How many times have you performed this procedure?
   
2. Has anyone that you performed this procedure on died do to complications during the surgery or shortly thereafter?
   
3. How many band slips have occurred to patients that you have operated on?
   
4. How many band erosion issues?
   
5. How many patients had to have their bands removed, because of complications?
   
6. What do you recommend is best for me?
   
7. Do you actually perform the fills or does your nurse or PA?
   
8. What is your policy on fills? Are you aggressive with fills or are you conservative with fills?
