If you were to create a scrapbook of your LBMetamorphosis

... what would you include?

I bought an 8x8 album from Walmart and one of the 20-pg 8x8 "Quick Page Pack"s. Now to figure out what all I want to include. So far, I have:

+ Before picture

+ Fact Sheet (date, weight, measurements, sizes)

+ Surgery Day (date, pics, thoughts/feelings, id bracelet)

+ Photos from the Metamorphosis (to be included)

+ After picture (to be included)

What other things can you think of to include? Maybe a list of foods that dont agree with your stomach, NSVs, goals, etc.?

Thanks, guys! :tongue2:

Im not doing a traditional scrapbook, but I am taking part in Project 365, essentially taking a picture everyday for a year and writing a quick blurb about it. Being I was banded in Dec my milestones are happing in the new year so I have various pictures of my 1st non-mushy meal, a portion size, outfits that are now big..so those are some ideas for your scrapbook.

I also have a non-traditional scropbook. I included pictures of beautiful women who are my "thin"-spiration. When ever I am frustrated I look at thoes pictures and am reminded of why I want to do this. I also have a page of all things I WON'T miss about being over weight (low self-esteem, fat pants, etc). And I have a page of things I want to do once I lose weight (wear a bikini, ride a bike, etc). Any time I do one of the things on my list I cross it off and take a picture and write a little blurb about it in my scrap book.
