I'm glad things are going well for you. I will be banded in a week on Feb. 3rd. I'm on the liver shrinking liquid diet now starting yesterday. Did you have to do a pre-op diet?

I was just on clear liquids the day before, my surgery was done with very short notice, I had all my preop stuff done with another clinic and then switched doctors. I seen bluegrass bariatrics on monday 1/12 and they sent my precert to humana on tues and by thurs they clld to schedule my surgery for the next fri. I wish you all the luck who is doing your surgery, How do set up the little ticker that shows your weight loss?

CONGRATS TINA!!

Don't forget to walk, walk & walk... even while in the house. That was great advise I received from this site.

Best of luck to you, JimmieLou

I'm new to this site and will be banded Wednesday, Jan. 28. The one thing I'm concerned about is scar tissue from my previous surgeries. Did you or do you know of someone that had scar tissue that had to be cleared out during surgery and does that cause problems. Thx.
