overeating episode and still paying for it?

Ok, I'm on fill #2 and no restriction.

Went to a party and they had flat Iron steak. I ate too much. I knew it once I finished. Ugh. lesson learned. I was miserable all night, full, gassy just awful.

Never threw up. The next day I ate nothing but Protein shakes and Water.

HOrribly gassy and icky feeling all day yesterday, woke up and felt better today but still horribly gassy and kind of icky feel. Ate a pretty bland diet today, and still just felt off.

Has this happened to anyone? Is this abnormal?

Oh yeah, the first day when I could eat solid foods I over did it. I felt sooooo aweful. Couldn't sleep that night. I did the same as you, the next day I did shakes and soft foods. On about the 3rd day I did start to feel better. Needless to say I never did that again! I would just keep doing what you're doing, stick with liquids and soft foods and I'm sure you'll feel better soon. But if not I would check with doc. Good luck!

Yup New Years Party - too much Chinese food- sick as a dog but also did not throw up - stranger casue I throw up almost every day - somehow I eat too fast or just does not go through - who knows gald you are better me too
