Hello Fellow December 2008 Bandsters,

Welcome to 2009 and a new us all of us! This is it this is the year we will say good bye to the extra fat that holds us back! I am so excited to think about where I will be and all of you will be next year this time. I hope that in the next year I am out and more active with my family, learn to do something new and obtain a healthy BMI.

Congratulations on the first step and now we all have to stay strong strong strong!

This is going to be a great and exciting year for all of us as we watch the pounds drop off with our hard work, dedication, and making the band work for us! It's crazy to think that the hard part is over when in fact the easy part is over and now the hard part yet fun part begins!
