and thank you for making the spreed sheet. the 3 of us make a good team. i did a few updates today and i was tired by the time i add one person two more had joined so yes a huge thank you to pete.

was thinking maybe we should have a spreedsheet for what we eat today also. what does everyone think. i personally think it would be a great ideal as maybe this can keep us on track. plus it will help others that might be struggling on what they should eat or some thing.

so let me know who would be interested in posting on that also. i know there is one in the food part of this forum but, this one would be here under the december banders. what does everyone think.:tt2:

Are you sure you would want to do a spreadsheet....how about just a thread here in our forum, similar to the one in the food forum but just for us and we could start a new one each month. If you do a spreadsheet, that would be lots of updating and it could get overwhelming. Why don't we try a thread first and see how that works?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
