Hoping to be banded soon...

I went to a consult on 12/10 and am at 40.5 BMI. I have UHC Choice Ins.

I am currently waiting on approval. I feel like the lap band will be a huge blessing that will help me overcome my weight challenges. I am trying not to get too excited in case I don't get approved though. :hurray: I know the lap band will change my life and open new doors for me.

I'll post updates as I get them.

Welcome to LapBandTalk!

UHC tends to be decent about approvals. Though, of course, they are an insurance company so they suck by definition.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm praying for this one very diligently.
