I was given a card when I had my surgery that if they also use true results (www.trueresults.com) you can find locations and surgeons that use these facilities
I just found the card and it expires 12/31
I tried posting this in the pre op section and surprisingly no one has responded! not one person
I am going out of town wednesday thru next tuesday. please let me know by tomorrow if interested. I really wish this savings wouldn't go to waste. I wish someone gave me $500 off my procedure!!
