Anyone used Dr. John Nye in Pensacola, Fla.?

Hi All,

I am hoping to have my sugery sched. for late Jan. or early Feb. I was wondering if anyone here has used Dr. John Nye in Pensacola Fla. I have not met him yet but was referred by a friend who's husband used him to remove a gall bladder. I researched his credentials and he seems to be a premier surgeon in the weight loss field. If anyone has used him, please tell me what you think. I am in desperate need of encouragement here!

    I was actually just banded Feb 03, 2009 by Dr. Nye

    He was wonderful, I was up walking a couple hours after the procedure...

    Now of course I feel like I'm gonna keep crying because I'm sick of living off water...

    I'm on Phase 1 until Tuesday when I go back in to see him
