Has anyone got advice that I should be doing before my op in Feb 2009 to easy the pain or to watch for to make it better???? Thank you:confused:

I have now been band on the 16th Feb 2009 and I feel great!! I haven't found any one on here from NZ yet just everyone overseas. But I feel good. I don't feel any different but always thinking of the good positive things.

The op was a breeze no pain in shoulders or any where else. Will be going on pureed food on Sunday so happy to have something else instead of shakes from OPTIFAST!!!
