How much are you fills? Does any ins. cover them?

My ins. will cover for my fills up to three months after surgery. After that they will start to charge me $250.00 DLLS. WTF?!?! How much are yours. And how long will the ins. cover it for?

    I have to pay the co-pay for a specialist visit which is $25 but after 1/1/09 - it's going up tp $45. I thought that was expensive until I started reading some of the other's posts.
