Pre-op (drinking lots of water) question

Hi :cursing: I am on day 4 of my liquid diet and I know this is sort of a dumb question but I've been drinking bottles and bottles of water and I am literally having to go to the bathroom every half hour. Is this normal?

Not only is it normal it is very good for you. Besides being a natural appetite supressant, water flushes your system of excess water gain and toxins and keeps your digestive system going. The best way to know if you are getting enough water is to check the color of your urine, when it comes out clear you are getting enough water. You just don't want to drink too much before bed or it will disrupt your sleep.

Very normal and good for you too!
