Sick of Protien Shakes already??...TRY THIS!!

I apologize if I'm repeating this from another post...but I wanted to share something that may be just as awesome for you too!!

In my pre-op meeting with the dietician we discussed how much protien I'll need to take in on a daily basis (60 grams) and I expressed my dislike for the protien shakes and asked her if there was anything else that I could try to get in the required protien....and she suggested ISOPURE!!

OMG..if you're anything like me and you have a strong dislike for the taste of those thick powders and the bland chalky taste of the pre-made drinks Isopure is definitly for you too!

It sort of looks like Gatorade, so it's a really smooth liquid that goes down relatively smooth. It's got a bit of an after-taste but much better than those shakes (yuck!)

The only downside is that they are expensive, I found them at my local GNC for $4 per bottle or $50 for a case of 12. But for me sooo worth it!

Isopure is awesome! I use the vanilla protein powder and add Davinci sugar free syrups. banana, caramel, strawberry, peach - there are so many different sugar free varieties. Delicious!

You can also buy the ISOPURE powder to make your own. The Vitamin Shoppe has all different flavors. I on the other hand was not a huge fan of the ISOPURE.
