Ready to get skinny from Ashland, Ky

Hey all! I am a virgin to this site....I just started my pre-op diet today and will be seeing my surgeon on 12/6 (Eric Smith, D.O.). I think he has been absolutely awesome and would highly recommend him. Just wanted to say "hi" to everybody and please offer me any advice that you think will help. I am just now ordering the Protein stuff and getting used to what I will be eating and finding out what is good now.

I am all open for suggestions and anything you guys have offer. I am really excited about bringin' "sexy back!"
