Having a hard time getting letter of recomendation from primary dr.

Hi all I have already been to the seminar; had 3 month supervised diet and a phycalogical evaluation done all I need is a letter of recommendation from my primary but when I went yesterday to get one she wanted to do a full work up(which I already had done during my 3 month diet) and also said my BMI is too low and did not see how I would qualify even though I have a Pseudo Tumor which does qualify me. I was very aggravated when I left and don't know what to do now. I really need that letter. She said to come back after my labs came in and we could talk more about it so I think she is not going to write it. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks

What is your BMI and what are the conditions of your insurance?

I think my BMI now is around 34 but I had to do a 3 month supervised diet so before I started that I think it was around 37
