I had the band installed 4 weeks and 2 days ago. Best decision I have ever made. I started at 280 and I am now an ounce away from 253. Not bad for 4 weeks

I have platau (sp?) but seem to be starting to drop again... andd decidded that I really wanted to join a forum and discuss this new way of life.
