im trying to give up meat i have been mostly meat free for 2 weeks its not as hard as i thought..any recipes would be great

i feel lighter and more regular..i hope i dont fall off the wagon with thanksgiving coming up

Hi, I have been a vegatarian for 25yrs. I gain this weight after my hysterectomy and due to eating habits along with family history. I will look into my files and see what dishes may interest you. Hang in there!! It is not as hard as u think!! You can get your protien from other sources, beans, tofu,and dairy. Try Vegatarian times mag and book.
