Hello.....
A little about me.....I am a 38 year old female with 3 kids. I love bowling, gardening and playing online games on yahoo and pogo.
I got my Lapband on 10/10/08.....with Dr. Michael Snyder @ Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. My surgery went great, my pain was very minimal, and my incisions are healing just fine. The problem is everything is going so well, I am not sure if I am doing things correctly because it seems effortlessly so far. I called the doctors office because I was concerned that I dont get full, I dont get hungry, and I can still drink alot of water and I am following my pre-op diet, then I felt soooo stupid when the nurse said well you dont have any restriction yet so you really wont feel anything yet.....Boy DID I FEEL STUPID!!!......like if I just had someone to talk to about what I going through it would make it so much better.
I am very new to this forum and so far it seems to be very helpful and most likely I think I will be on here often. But I just feel like I need someone one on one who can relate to me.
