5 Days Post Op and today stomach feels "Heavy"?

So I have learned to recognize which is nuasea, incision pain, and gas but now I have this very heavy feeling in my lower abdomen, it literally freels like someone set a few bricks in there. Not painful necesarily, just strange and "heavy" anyone know what this is or have felt this?

we had our surgery maybe on the same day 10/10 and the only thing new I'm feeling is the uncomfortable feeling in my left side under / near my ribs. Are you having a problems with constipation that could cause discomfort in the lower abdomen.
