i just decided last week to get the lap band. it is my birthday gift to myseld . i will be 60 friday and have the first seminar on wed. i have read soooo much but have not got actual information on the procedure itself the recovery time hospital time etc. i understand there are different circumstances for different people but would love to hear your experiences. i work from home on my computer so am hoping that i wont have to be off work too long. my job is demanding but flexible.
