Cost of band removal????

Hi everyone,

I haven't been here in very long time and don't really recognize anyone. I found out today that my band has slipped and needs to be removed. Since I am a self pay I am looking for good Dr. in the US with reasonable prices!!! So I am doing Dr. shopping.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
