Weird Sensation: Not full, but phlegmy

Has anyone run into this?

I just ate lunch. (Soy chicken Burger). I'm defn. not FULL (not the feeling of full I had post surgery) and everything went down ok. I ate slow, chewed, etc.

Now, a few minutes later I am totally phlegmy. Not sliming (i've done that), but just a lil runny nose (usually a sign I am full) and phlegm in the back of my throat. If I was sliming, wouldn't I feel full?

Sometimes the runny nose is a full signal. But sometimes it's acid reflux. Do you think you have acid reflux? It makes me feel hungry but full at the same time. Does that makes sense?
