I'm approaching this whole thing by finding a part-time job that has insurance that will cover it. The office manager at the Surgeon's office mentioned it to me when I asked about companies that cover it.

Most companies dont provide insurance for part time employees, but you never know. Good luck in finding one that will cover you.

I've heard, but don't know for sure, that Starbucks offers good benefits to its part-timers.
