Hi! I had one fill in Manchester royal infirmary with Dr Lee. He was fantastic and I want to use him again. However I've lost his number and can't work out how to make an appointment. Can anybody help? If not, does anybody know of any other good fill providers in Manchester or Liverpool? Thanks!
