When food gets stuck: Papaya Enzymes!

If you're tightly restricted then you have times when food gets stuck, maybe even leading to a PB. I always carry Papaya Enzymes with me. You get it in just about any vitamin department or store, they're chewable, tasty, and really help to break down whatever is stuck. Try 'em! They work!

I bought papaya enzymes in liquid form. It didn't work. I suffer from terrible panic attacks and twice the food got stuck. The only relief I got was to make myself sick . I thought I was going to die. It was awful. I don't know what I would do if I was by myself when this happened. Thank God my daughter was with me.

If you have panic attacks, I can't imagine how terrible getting stuck feels for you. I am totally panicked when I get stuck (which has only happened a couple of times and both instances passed within 5 -10 minutes).
