Scents make me feel sick

There is no certain scent/food, no certain time but sometimes (more often than not) a scent (only scents from food) will make me feel sick-like I am going to vomit. Yesterday for example I opened a can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew and I literally almost vomited from the smell of it. I asked my 14 year old if it smelled bad to her(I thought maybe it was expired) and she said no. That is not the first time that a scent has affected me that way. Am I the only one that experiences this?

What were your symptoms of the prolapse? Just curious.

I could not get enough fluids. I couldn't eat anything solid. If I did, it would feel stuck for around 30 hours and I was completely miserable! I could not take any of my medicines. I had hiccups all of the time. I was nauseated a lot! I had 2 upper GI's done and two scopes. Finally, on the second scope they could see the prolapse. I was sick for 4 months before they figured it out. Stay on your dr for testing if you feel this has happened to you. I got dehydrated and had to go to the ER twice. I literally felt like I was dying. Good Luck! I hope this helps!
