Awesome experience

Yesterday morning I woke up with sudden, severe diarrhea, and I could tell the vomiting was going to be coming on soon. In between bouts, I ran and got an anti-nausea pill, and took it. After a few minutes, it hadn't done anything and I started vomiting. I asked dh for a priesthood blessing while I was in the midst of heaving. He came and administered to me and my heaving subsided immediately and never returned. I continued having problems out the other end, but the vomiting, which I want to avoid at all costs for my bands sake, was gone. It was amazing.

The interesting footnote to this is that both of my daughters woke up sick as well and they vomited multiple times each. So whatever we all had, had potential to cause more vomiting, but didn't. It doesn't matter to me if it was a combination of both the medicine and the blessing, but it was sure a dramatic difference to me and I feel blessed.

Thank goodness. I am so happy you were able to avoid something that is usually inevitable . . . whether it be medication or divine intervention :0)
