Being Banded in Louisville, KY-Need aftercare in Evansville, IN

I am going to be banded in Louisville, KY, but want to try to keep my aftercare closer to home in case of problems. Does anyone know anyone closer to this area that can do this. I have checked with my family doctor and he doesn't, I am meeting with my lap-band doctor the 23rd of June, and will be asking him this as well. Just wanted some input about traveling for after-care. Thanks.
