Hey everybody,

Today I went to my local Big Lots and found LA Slimdown ( LA Weightloss/ Pure Weightloss product) in Vanilla and chocolate with 20 grams of Protein in a four pack for $3.00. I could not believe it !!!!

Lord knows I can't afford $10.00 for a 4-pack of Myoplex with 20 gr:thumbup:ams of Protein. I am on Pre-Op diet and drink three of these a day.... and will need to drink them after surgery also.

Hi there! I have tried them all and I can not find one I can stand to drink. I'm down 77lbs but I'm not getting enough protein in my diet.

Over the weekend I bought a mini blender at Walmart and blended my pre-made shake, two ice cubes and coffee in the blender....Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... was it good.

Getting the Protein is MOST importnat to me to avoid other problems down the road. I make sure I get at least 60-80 per day.

Be creative... add flavor and blend blend blend.
