I am SO glad i found this thread! I have been banded 1.5 years ago. So far I have had zero weight loss and major complications. I am vommitting up to 8 times a day - sometimes to the point of blacking out and blood.

I have hit the wall. I just want this thing out of my body.

I joined the forum today in the hopes that there is someone out there that may be able to relate. I understand that the band works for most people and the transformative results are tremendous - but that is SO not my experience.

Ive been really dissapointed with the level of care and follow up from the clinic - I feel Ive just gotten the run around (Its also complicated by the fact I am out of Province. )

I would really like to connect with another tlbc bandster that can relate.

sorry you've had a bad experience.

please tell us your fill level, what are you eating? are you exercising? those are all very important factors.

the band is only a tool, you have to work it for it to work.
