What have you eaten today?

I think it will be helpful to share our menus. Give us all some ideas. Today I skipped breakfast, since I had to take this pill last night that knocks me out. For lunch I had, some canned chicken and mashed potatoes from Chicken Express. For dinner, bow tie pasta with Ragu sauce. Will have sugar free chocolate pudding for a snack 4 hrs after dinner.

Lunch - salad with baby romaine, shredded carrots, diced red and orange bell pepper, feta, toasted almonds, and dried cranberries. A little piece of grilled chicken.

Dinner - another salad (similar to lunch) and some grilled sausage

Snack - reduced fat cheez-its and sf pudding

Hi pj, I can eat chicken without too many issues BUT it has to be marinated (12-24 hrs) and not over cooked at all. It tends to stay juicy enough to get it down. Now, not all my chicken turns out this way and if its dry I do dip it in a fat free dressing which helps it go down. I also can eat pasta. I find it goes down quite easily.

No Breakfast?

There's already a huge thread for this in the Food section. People post in it daily.

No, I didn't eat breakfast yesterday. I was running late for church and ran out before I could eat anything.
