[scorpions] are secretive, private, cunning, sexual, interested in the occult, vengful (from what I hear anyway) when we love, we love with our whole being. Driven by Water...the emotion element....Pluto is our ruling planet...we are faithful. We make awesome friends, till we get stabbed in the back. My saying is..Mess with the Scorpion and get the Tail in the end!!! And I will REMEMBER the day, time, place and what type of weather we were having when you stabbed me in the back too! We dont tend to forget anything. Even when all is forgiven, we will always remember...

As at least a half-Scorpio, I have to say that literally nothing on this list applies to me except the part I bolded. I have none of the qualities you listed, or if I do I have them to very small degree. Ironically enough, I've only just had my first friend-stabbed-me-in-the-back experience, and though it was only ten days or so ago I'm already forgetting all about it. Or maybe it actually has happened before, but I don't recall--I guess that's possible. It might be tempting to think of this trait as "sucker" but I'd much prefer to think of it as faithful and loyal. I've never had fights with friends, which is why this recent experience took me by such surprise.

So what are Sagittarians like? Guess I'm it, 'cause I'm sure not a Scorpio.

Zoe, you hit the nail on the head. Headstrong and OBNOXIOUS is my brother, absolutely!! :)

Well, all my brothers are obnoxious, and there's not an Aries in the bunch! (Except for me, that is.) Love 'em anyway, but some days . . .

From what I know about Sagitarians....your are strong willed,(some people might say stubborn) faithful, good friends, and you do tend to let stuff roll off your back, unlike the scorpion who will get your blood before we forget anything :) You tend to be on one path and you follow that path till the end, very determined.. My sister is a Sag and so is my son........ Thats about all I know!

Anyone find out for sure if my dad is Aquarious or Capricorn? Jan 14. He said something last night about thinking he was Capricorn, and I said, "but your house might be in a different moon" and he said, "yeah, that's it" (roll eyes) so while it's all amusing and fun, we have a houseful of skeptics here...hehe.

Kathy...

From what I know....your dad would be a Capricorn...based on his birthday.... Capricorn goes to January 19

you know i never used to believe in this stuff... until i realized that for whatever reason i am soooo incredibly attracted and have the best bedroom life with men who are virgos! I am a taurus.... and supposedly we are compatible that way.... and i have to say... almost 90% of the time when i am in a club or meet a man and i feel some serious chemistry.... and major attraction.... turns out he is a virgo...

maybe there is something to it after all... i fit the taurus profile.... chubby, homebody, likes the finer things in life... go figure... whats the skinny sign?

But he fits Aquarius so well! Hmmm. I don't know anything about this stuff, really.

Hey Dallasdoll, I'm Taurus, too. Chubby, huh? great. My hubby is June 5 (yep, today, wahoo, happy birthday hubby!) and I think he's the twins with the split personalities.

Gosh no Virgo's in the house? I'm a virgo but I'm not sure exactly what that means..if anyone knows that would be cool to figure me out!!!

I was born on the cusp between pisces and aquarious- but I really fit the typical aqurian profile. My coworkers have nicknamed me the absent minded professor. How can you be out to lunch and still be obessive? Must be that picses/aquarian mix!

Jaime,

Virgos typically are intelligent people known for their level-headedness. They like order and are known for their charm and dignity. Virgos tend to be less emotional than other signs.

I have learned that Virgos are happiest when they can have their lists. They may not need to actually do anything with the list, but they need their lists.

Kelly you fall into Leo..

Your right Lisa I do watch the accounts, not like there is anything there but in my household I am the keeper of the cash.

My hubby is a Arias. I have always loved the zodiacs but have never really went in depth.

On day 4 of the 2 week liquid pre-op diet. Surgery scheduled for June 11th.
Soooo I am coming to a realization
of something and I'm not sure what to do about it. For years the only thing I've enjoyed is eating. We rarely do anything or go anywhere and if we do it always includes food. Family comes over? Big family dinner! Go camping? Food! Take a short ride or trip? Food! Holiday? Food! Go out of town for a Dr appointment? Food! When we go to a new town we don't look for any attractions, we look for restaurants we haven't been to. Heck, I look forward to getting off work because that means it's almost supper time. Now that I'm drinking these pre-op shakes for breakfast, lunch, and supper I have nothing to look forward to.  And once I have surgery on June 11th it'll be more of the same shakes. Even after pureed stage, soft food stage, and finally regular food stage, it's going to be a drastic change for the rest of my life. I'm giving up the one thing that really brings me joy. Eating. How do you cope with that? What do you do to fill that void? Wow. Now I'm sad.

Life as a big person had limited my life to what I knew I could manage to do each day. That was eat. I hadn't anything else to look forward to. So my eating choices were the best I could dream up. I planned the cooking in managable lots in my head and filled my day with and around it.

Now I have a whole new big, bigger, biggest, best days ever. I am out there with those skinny people doing stuff i could never have dreamt of. Food is now an after thought. It doesn't consume my day. I still enjoy the good home cooked food but I eat smaller portions. I leave food on my plate when I am full. I can no longer hear my mother's voice saying eat it all up, ther are starving children in Africa who would want that!

I still cook for family feasts, I love cooking. I still do holidays but I have changed from the All inclusive drinking and eating everything everyday kind to Self catering accommodation. This gives me the choice of cooking or eating out as I choose. I rarely drink anymore as I usually travel alone now and I feel I need to keep aware of my surroundings.

I don't know at what point my life expanded, was it when I lost 100 pounds? Was it when I left my walking stick at home ? Was it when I said yes to an outing instead of finding an excuse to stay home ? i look back at my last five years and wonder how loosing weight has made such a difference. Be ready to amaze yourself.

BTW, the liquid diet sucks, one more day and you are over the worst. You can do it.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!
